Troubleshooting
Audio permissions, browser support, recovery, how help links work and reporting problems.
No sound#
- Click Play. Browsers keep audio suspended until a gesture.
- Check Settings → Audio for the right device and a monitor level above zero.
- Check the tab is not muted and the system volume is up.
- Reload. Your recovery copy restores the Toy.
Crackling#
Lower the voice count, close other audio tabs, and try a larger buffer if your device allows it.
Lost work#
Open Library for device saves and account drafts. The editor's recovery copy covers the Toy you had open. Source JSON can be exported at any time.
