Scope and spectrum

Binds: one actual input, output or node signal. Kind: scope.

Scopes observe the engine through a bounded capture ring and never touch the audio thread's output path. Frames update on the UI thread. If a host cannot provide telemetry, the scope shows that it is unavailable instead of drawing a stand-in.
