## No sound

1. Click Play. Browsers keep audio suspended until a gesture.
2. Check **Settings → Audio** for the right device and a monitor level above zero.
3. Check the tab is not muted and the system volume is up.
4. Reload. Your recovery copy restores the Toy.

## Crackling

Lower the voice count, close other audio tabs, and try a larger buffer if your device allows it.

## Lost work

Open **Library** for device saves and account drafts. The editor's recovery copy covers the Toy you had open. Source JSON can be exported at any time.

## Help links

The Docs panel inside the app and this site show the same pages. Opening help for a node in the app maps to a stable URL here:

| In the app | On this site |
| ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------ |
| Node help (`F1`, `?`, context menu) | `/nodes/<node-type>/` |
| A concept such as cables | `/concepts/<id>/` |
| A numbered help patch | `/nodes/<node-type>/#patch-<n>` |
| A specific parameter | the parameter table on the node page |

From this site, **Open in TuneToys** on a node or help patch uses `https://tune.toys/workspace?help=<node-type>[/<patch>]`.

## Reporting a problem

Report content from its page with **Report**. For bugs, include the app version shown in the footer of this site and your browser.
