# Library

> Bookmarks, tags, your selected release of each product and what is installed.

The Library is your personal shelf. Bookmark Toys from Explore or from a Toy page, add private tags and notes, and pick which release of a product you use. Bookmarks sync across your devices through your account.

- **Bookmarks and tags** are private to you and never searched publicly.
- **Selected release** keeps a product on the version you chose until you move it; app updates never move it for you.
- **Installed** products are those cached or installed on a device. Installing is a Player/Installer feature; see [Desktop app, Player and Installer](https://docs.tune.toys/manual/player-installer/).

Library changes sync as an ordered stream; the client saves its position only after committing a page, and bookmarking never downloads or activates audio.
